TCPA Consent Terms

DRAFT – pending legal review.

When you check the consent box, you agree that Roof Ready Florida and up to 3 licensed roofing contractors or inspectors may call or text you, including with automated technology or prerecorded/artificial voice, at the number you provided, about your roof project.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts; ask any caller to stop calling.

We store the exact consent text, time, IP address and page with each request as a record.
